St. Paul’s Lutheran Church

How vital is your congregation?
If your church were to close, who would miss you?
Vital Congregations
connect with God, each other, and the world!
Vital congregations radiate a certain kind of vibrancy,
a friendly welcoming manner, and God’s tangible presence.
Members have a sense of purpose,
they support one another by nurturing each other’s faith,
and they identify their spiritual gifts
to be used in the congregation and the world.
These relationships are at the heart of what it means to be church
and are summed up by Jesus in scripture through the Great Commandment
"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul,
and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment.
And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." (Matthew 22:37-40)
